Who we are
Rebel Aesthetic ("we", "us", "our") is a permanent cosmetics and scalp micropigmentation studio located at 825 Rt. 73 North (Suite C), Marlton/Evesham, NJ 08053. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at rebelaesthetic.info@gmail.com or (856) 242-1100.
Information you provide to us
When you use the contact or booking enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, your message, and (where the form offers it) a photo you choose to upload so we can assess a previous procedure. This information is sent by email, using the Resend email service, directly to Rebel Aesthetic. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- - Photo uploads, where offered, are limited to image files and a maximum size, and are used only to assess your enquiry.
- - Form submissions are protected against spam and automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field; Turnstile may set a cookie to verify you are not a bot.
Booking through Vagaro
Appointment booking and gift card purchases are handled by Vagaro, a third-party scheduling platform. When you click "Book Online" or "Gift Cards", you leave this website, and any information you provide there (including payment details) is collected and processed by Vagaro under its own privacy policy, not ours.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, which is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not use Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any other advertising pixel on this website. A cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link; it sets no cookies; the IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.
Embedded content from other services
This website includes content hosted by other providers, which may collect information independently of us when you interact with it:
- - YouTube videos embedded on the homepage and on service and training pages: YouTube (Google) may set cookies when a video is played.
- - The studio videos at the top of the homepage, hosted by SproutVideo on the studio's own account.
- - A Google Reviews widget, provided by Fouita, that displays reviews left by our clients on Google.
- - An Instagram feed, provided by Fouita, that displays recent posts from our Instagram account.
- - A link to Google Maps for directions to our studio. This is a link, not an embedded map, so no data is shared with Google unless you click it.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and the third-party services described above (Cloudflare Turnstile, and any embedded video or review widgets). We do not set any other tracking cookies of our own. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) needed to deliver the site securely and efficiently.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable state privacy law may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to know what information we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at rebelaesthetic.info@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or the services it uses change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
